Recently, the prefabricated components of the prefabricated station of the fourth phase of Shenzhen rail transit project have been put into production and have received widespread attention from the society. The Shenzhen Metro Phase IV adjustment project adopted a total of 8 prefabricated construction stations. These 8 stations are not only the first batch of prefabricated station application pilots in Shenzhen, but also the first batch of fully prefabricated subway stations in South China.
The prefabricated components are produced by Power Construction Corporation of China, Ltd. (Powerchina) and China Railway 14th Bureau Group Co., Ltd. At present, both bases have been put into production. According to the plan, from the time of putting into production to the completion of the project, the two bases will produce 3,374 prefabricated components. Compared with subway station of traditional cast-in-situ concrete structure, prefabricated station has many advantages in improving building quality and efficiency, reducing on-site cast-in-situ operation and labor demand, saving materials and so on. Basically, it does not produce construction waste, which is very energy-saving and environmentally friendly. The whole assembly process of the station is carried out underground, which requires higher production and installation accuracy of prefabricated components, transportation and hoisting process. Therefore, the construction of prefabricated stations in Shenzhen Metro Phase IV Adjustment Project will be of great reference significance for similar subway station construction in the future.
The prefabricated station needs to be assembled by large prefabricated components. The largest prefabricated component in the construction of the prefabricated station of Shenzhen Metro Phase IV Adjustment Project is 22.5 meters long and weighs 132 tons. The length error of prefabricated components should be controlled within 1mm. After each mold is prefabricated, 3D scanner will be used for solid scanning to ensure the production quality of prefabricated components. These have put forward very high requirements for the production lines and molds of prefabricated components, and won recognition as related products of Qingdao Hicorp Group, the flagship enterprise of prefabricated components equipment in China.
